What should a team decide before loading a level?
Choose who will observe, interpret the manual, and make the physical input. Then agree on short signals for wait, confirm, wrong, and rebuild. A saved team sheet is useful because it preserves the communication contract even when the module or level changes.

- Read the selected role aloud before the first module.
- Use the same position and color names on every page.
- When a Chaos module interrupts, keep the assigned monitor until the panel is stable.
- After a failed input, rebuild the current state instead of reusing the previous callout.
